Job Title: Network Officer (Freelance)

Location: Nigeria

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Credentialing of service providers within each of the geo.political zones of the country.
  • Interaction with Healthcare Providers on matters relating to our Enrollees.
  • Marketing of all the company’s products.

Qualification Requirements
A successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse and Midwifery Certificate
  • Completed at least 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse training with a valid license.
  • At least 2 years of Practical experience.


Job Title: Data Capturer

Location: Lagos


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary
  • Update data and delete unnecessary files
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
  • Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
  • Respond to requests fur information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

Qualification Requirements

  • OND, IT Competency
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office




Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos


Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Arrange for meetings and presentations
  • Achieve allocated sales revenue targets
  • Conduct regular market intelligence activities
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare plans
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc (2nd class lower) or HND (Upper credit) in Marketing, Sciences, Art, Social Sciences or any Management related course
  • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience preferably in the HMO or Insurance industry
  • Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (N HIS) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent selling and customer relationship skills

Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: Nationwide

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for general administration
  • Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
  • Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programmes
  • Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
  • Coordinate marketing of health plans to private and public organizations.

Qualification Requirements
A successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Art, Social, Management and Science related courses.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health Maintenance Organization(HMO)
  • The candidate must possess outstanding knowledge in marketing, rich network, good understanding of health insurance or healthcare financing

Job Title: Network Manager

Location: Nationwide

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing patient care according to each patient’s needs.
  • Interaction with Healthcare Providers on matters relating to our Enrollees.
  • Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.
  • Providing nursing care, such as assessing blood pressure, pulse, temperature or respiration rate.
  • Liaising with HOD on referral eases before issuing out approvals to Healthcare Providers
  • Recording accurate information of patient’s health or progress.

Qualification Requirements
A successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, (Double qualified Nurse)
  • Completed at least 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse training with a valid license.
  • At least 5 years of Practical experience.

Job Title: Network Manager

Location: Nationwide

Job Title: Head of Operations (Health Services)

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry Out routine inspection of Healthcare providers facility.
  • Carry out registration and accreditation of Healthcare providers.
  • Providing expert advice on health promotions and disease prevention.
  • Cooperate with the Management team to initiate procedures, regulations and programme to benefit the patients and support health care providers in line with best practices.
  • Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
  • Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programmes
  • Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
  • Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organizations.
  • Full knowledge of NHIS quality assurance processes and procedures.

Qualification Requirements

  • A Medical Doctor with MBBS or MBCHB degree
  • Possession of an MBA or MPH will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Medical Doctor, 5 of which must preferably be with an accredited Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
  • Medical Practice License.
