Job Title: Cost Control Engineer

Job Description

  • Prepares annual budget (both Corporate & Partner) for entity in conjunction with technical  responsible
  • Prepares revised forecast information based on latest work scope
  • Participates in NAPIMS Sub-Committee meetings to defend Budget / Performance in order to achieve  the necessary approvals
  • Prepares all necessary documentation for the month end closure (manual accrual’s, SKF’s, etc.) to ensure an accurate financial performance
  • Ensures all tasks are carried out in order to achieve SOX compliance
  • Prepares monthly cost report with  variance analysis to help technical responsible manage their budgets /  costs
  • Provides monthly information for the NAPIMS cash call to ensure sufficient funding for the activities
  • Process and verify invoices to ensure timely payment
  • Schedules meetings monthly to discuss reports and finance related issues with Technical responsible.
  • Ad hoc variance analysis for District management / Corporate Finance

Qualifications

  • 5 years Finance / Cost Control experience
  • B.Sc in a Finance or other business related discipline
  • Good systems knowledge, especially SAP and Excel
  • Goodinterpersonal / analytical skills

Job Title: Commissioning Instrument Supervisor

Job Description

The job holder will participate in all commissioning activities related to the Instrumentation discipline. That covers amongst other:

  • He shall liaise with engineering/construction disciplines, to follow-up with field instrumentation and instrument packages construction and installation activities carried out by FPSO Contractor and his subcontractors, ensuring that installations are fit for purpose.
  • He shall participate and/or witness instrumentation pre-commissioning activities for cabling, field instruments and packages, as commissioning representative.
  • He shall participation in commissioning subsystem preliminary checks, may include review of RFC dossier to ensure completeness of subsystem pre-commissioning leading to “Ready for Commissioning” Certification.
  • He shall supervise FPSO Contractor during Instrumentation commissioning activities including reviews of commissioning dossier (including OTPs), witnessing and participation in basic function testing, loop tests, instrument packages SATs and operational tests.
  • He shall assist the Commissioning ICSS & Instrument Lead in his duties, when delegated, covering instrumentation commissioning activities. He may also attend meetings as required by his Management.
  • He shall follow-up and monitors work program and schedule in his discipline. He reviews schedule and advises his Manager of any potential drifts and delays.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 8 years involved in instrumentation commissioning and related activities in FPSO or similar offshore Projects.
  • Education: Technical degree/diploma in Instrumentation or related discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of ICAPS database is an advantage.
  • Language & Skills: Fluent in English, computer literate, possesses analytical and communication skill

Job Description

  • Report Monthly Manpower status to HR
  • Make initial arrangements to allocate the workspaces, accesses, equipment, phone/email access, office orientation, etc. for new employees and visitors.
  • Focal point and Coordinate local logistic services such as movement by boat and/or shuttle for all company personnel/visitor and managing PTS update
  • In liaison with SHI, prepare the application of visitor’s entry permit to yard, the application of new comers’ safety induction, the new comers  badges
  • Following visitor procedure for visitors as focal point
  • Focal point for FPSO accommodation and Coordinate hotel accommodation of rotational people (if needed)
  • Coordinate with concerned entities and organise appropriate and cost-effective travel and logistics arrangements for visiting personnel and follow-up administrative matters such Agenda.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration or related subject.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in administration and logistics areas
  • Good communication skills required for regular interactions with project team members , partners, affiliate and HR teams.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Required languages : English

Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Strategy & Planning:

  • Participate in strategic and operational governance processes as a member of the senior management team;
  • Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives,and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems;
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business;

Acquisition & Deployment:

  • Coordinate/facilitate stakeholder consultation defining new technology business/systems requirements;
  • Create cost-benefit analysis and support detailed definition of data requirements and departmental workflows;

Operational Management:

  • Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of SLA’s with end users and monitoring performance;

Employee Relations Management:

  • Supervise recruitment, development, and welfare of IT staff in accordance with corporate policies;

  • Provide management and offer advice/guidance on individual employee relations cases within department ensuring they meet the requirements of company policies;

Requirements, Education and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification (Masters preferred) in the field of Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • The right person will be a highly experienced IT professional, looking to develop a value added function at a rapidly growing and progressive company.
  • Ideally with offshore experience or multi-national experience

Experience:

  • Approximately 10 to 15 years managing and/or directing an IT operation;
  • Approximately 2 to 5 years working within Oil and Gas, Shipping or Supply Chain;
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing IT policies and systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • Up to date knowledge of legislation, regulations, best practice and how they relate to IT;
  • Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations;
  • Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications and outsourced systems;
  • Good understanding of IT systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
  • Experienced in system design/development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management;
  • Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development;
  • Excellent understanding of project management principles;
  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems;
  • Strong understanding of HR management principles, practices, and procedures;
  • Proven leadership ability;
