Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • As a Financial Controller at Le’Venue Group, you will act as the company’s financial expert.
  • You will initiate and implement group-wide strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for providing the financial expertise required for the implementation of the company’s development plans and ensure maximum return on investment.

Job Description
The Financial Controller will:

  • Analyze financial data and industry/market trends.
  • Monitor actual sales against projected sales.
  • Identify and manage business risks.
  • Mentor and motivated accounting staff to ensure successful performance.
  • Develop and maintain finance and accounting strategies and structures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Provide top-management with accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Review audit results and make appropriate amends where necessary.
  • Provide management with sound financial and operational advise.
  • Attend owners meetings when necessary to communicate priorities and strategies.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a finance related degree from a recognized financial institution and a recognized professional accounting qualification.
  • Possess at least 5 years of financial experience in relation to real estate development and management.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.


Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager who is goal driven and results oriented.

Responsibilties

  • Develop business plans and sales strategies well suited for the Nigerian market in line with the company’s sales targets.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities according to approved budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales.
  • Identify and develop new markets.
  • Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage prospect and customer information.
  • Work with human resources to recruit and train sales staff based on Le’Venue’s sales process.
  • Work with web/graphic designers to develop marketing campaigns.
  • Create monthly targets for the marketing team and provide progress reports to human resources and top management.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Supervise, motivate and monitor the overall performance of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales executives.
  • Work with the business development manager to produced periodically updated products brochures.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.
  • Provide sales executives with ongoing support required for negotiating and closing deals.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have at least 6 years of experience in a sales and marketing capacity.
  • Should possess a University Degree. Master’s degree and real estate professional qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Be highly computer literate.
  • Be knowledgeable about trends in the real estate industry.
  • Should have great interpersonal skills.
