Job Title: Effluent Treatment Plant Operator

Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc/B.Tech in Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences or Physical Sciences.
- Minimum of Two (2) years experience in similar capacity, preferably in a food & beverage manufacturing environment.
Key Competencies and Attributes:
- Systemic and analytical problem solver
- Good understanding of modern maintenance practices and maintenance system
- Influencing ability with regards to sound maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the ETP Process Operator will:
- Follow the SCADA and all operational work
- Follow the process of the plant
- Maintain work effectiveness and efficiency of the plant
- Make a daily report of the ETP operation
- Ensure all the chemicals and items used for the process are always available
- Coordinate the affairs of the plant
- Ensure there is no downtime at the plant
- Report all the issues encountered at the plant to the team leader
- Measure performance attributes
- Monitor and evaluate trends of performance attributes
- Initiate corrective action
