- Must be an Ordinary National Diploma graduate of Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
- Stream A corp members yet to get their P.P.A in Abuja with these qualifications are advised to apply.
- Must be a resident in Abuja/Lagos.
- Must have at least 1 year working experience as a Network Support Staff
