Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Description:
Confirmation of payment coming into the exchange.
Daily Monitoring the work of a Team of verification staff whilst maintaining an appropriate and elaborate record of all expenses incurred during the verification process.
Supervising as well as monitoring all cash inflows and outflows of the exchange.
Responsible for dispatching invoices to clients based on the service rendered by the company.
Responsible for the preparation of order reports, project estimates, cost analysis and income statements for the company.
Responsible for generating order pricing and creation of quotations for all current and prospective clients.
Responsible for disbursing funds to all departments regarding expenses directly related to the exchange
Responsible for approval of all requisitions raised by all departments before disbursement is made.
Maintaining records on computerized data based system for assessment and record purposes.
Contributing to the strategic direction and decision making of the organization through attendance at regular planning and review meetings.
