The Great Eagle Airways, a fast-growing airline company, is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant for her Chairman and Managing Director.

Job Title: Personal Assistant 

As a PA, you will ensure that your Principal receives excellent administrative support that enables him focus on business development and high-level management issues.

Specific duties include:

• Time / diary management

• Organizing meetings

• Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with little supervision

• Responding to urgent requests

• Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meeting and board papers

• Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements

• Providing support for event management

Experience and skill required:

• At least 6 years cognate experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skill

• Exceptional computer literacy

• Highly developed organizational skills

• Ability to work with tight schedules and deadlines

• Proactive

• Profound maturity in handling complex situations

• Meticulous and thorough

• High level of loyalty and confidentiality
