Job Title: Copy Writer

Job Objectives

  • The Copywriter is a “salesman in print” responsible for writing effective sales copy for all types of marketing materials both online and offline.
  • The Copywriter is responsible for the craft of writing persuasive ads and letters which get people to part with their money.

Responsibilities

  • Writing different types of copy depending on its purpose.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to establish tone of voice and appropriate writing styles.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to produce relevant copy for brochures, sales materials and products.
  • Working on online copy alongside the Digital Marketing Manager ensuring copy works effectively for search engine optimization purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related degree.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience.







Job Title: Head, Marketing

Job Objective

  • The Head, Marketing will contribute to the effectiveness of the company in identifying markets, suggesting sales strategies and approaches in measuring the results of all of the efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations

Job Title: Head, Asset Management

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Compliance with the Capital policies and procedures.
  • Provide decision-support analysis and reporting based on agreed timelines, and standard to aid management with Financial business decision making.
  • Prepare Capital expenditure reports to highlight actuals vs budget.
  • Support Fixed Asset reconciliation and ensure Fixed Asset register is accurate.

Job Objective

  • The Head, Risk Management will be responsible for managing all the risks to the organization, its employees, customers, reputation, asset and interest of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization;
  • Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;
  • Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organization’s previous handling of risks;
  • Risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks;
  • Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders;

Job Objective

  • The Head, Audit and Control will perform the full audit cycle including control management, over operations effectiveness, financial liabilities and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure adherence to internal audit programme for the company
  • Initiate internal audit controls for effective financial management.
  • Institute and supervise financial, operational and compliance audits of the company.
  • Develop recommendations for improving internal controls, operating efficiency, and the adequacy of records and record keeping.
  • Coordinate the department’s activities with external auditors and examiners in the performance of their statutory duties.

  • The Head, Finance Operations will be responsible for leading the finance/accounting function and providing strategic direction and oversight of front-end revenue cycle work processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operations towards consistency in financial practices and reporting. Lead change management activities.
  • Responsible for operations annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
