- Handle preparation of PAAR and Form ‘M’
- Handle all sea export and ensure that there is no delay
- Collection of customs duty assessment
- To ensure that clearing of sea shipment is prompt and within acceptable days

- Coordinate the Export and Import operational activities.
- Plan and schedule work in a proactive manner .
- Disseminate tasks to operational staff and ensure that all directives are being met constantly.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and follow up on all their request.
- Assign task to each operations staff.
- Ensure that effective relationships are maintained with all departments so that customer requirements can be understood.
- Maintain customer contact management
- Give daily reports of all Export and Import operational activities to the management.
- Ensure that multiple projects meet their projected deadlines effectively.
- Applicant must possess good communication skill with ability to prioritize tasks independently, accurately complete work.

- Request rate for Export and Import of goods from airlines and shipping company .
- Request for rate from Partners.
- Follow up on all airline and shipping company procedures in order to keep an updated file.
- Create a database for all airlines, shipping and terminal local charges for both export and import shipment.
- To initiate pick up for airfreight shipment
- To forward and submit quote for airfreight shipment.
- To assist in opening form M and forward the form M to required authority.
- To ensure that each transaction regarding airfreight and seafreight are created and documented, such as: Airway bill, Bill lading, form M, CCVO, Packing List, Entry, Invoice, NAHCO & SAHCOL handling receipt, job card, client quoted amount and partner quoted amount are filed and documented.
- To ensure that, before the processing of any shipment, MD must approve the agreed quote.
- To ensure that after clearing, all the original and necessary documents that are supposed to be in the file are all returned to the file.
