Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Job Description
- We are currently looking a qualified warehouse manager who is well versed in warehouse operations for client.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Logistics Management or a related Course.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good Knowledge of Logistics and Warehousing.
- Proficient in Ms Office Packages.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Tally for reporting will be an added advantage.
- A Professional Certification in Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain/Materials Management will be an added advantage.
- Must be resident or ready to relocate to Onitsha.
- Solid Work Experience in the manufacturing/Distribution/Retail Sector.
- Ability to handle pressure on the job.
- Knowledge of Tyres will be additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handles warehouse operations such as receiving/offloading containers, transfer and delivery of stock in Nigeria, arrangement of stock and organising labourers.
- Conducts the arrangement of vehicles for transfer of stock from Onitsha to other parts of Nigeria.
- Negotiates prices with transporters.
- Handles the reports of operations as directed by superiors
