Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL) was incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004 for which we charge an administrative fee of N80 monthly. Pensions Alliance is a joint venture between First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH) and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited (African Alliance). Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Objective
Ability to ensure that the overall company’s operations is in compliance with its outside regulatory requirements and internal policies.
To manage and provide advisory services on regulatory and policy issues applicable to the company.
To educate staff members on the Act, circulars, guidelines and regulation by PENCOM for the scheme

Requirements
Possesses a minimum educational qualification of 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or professional qualification in Accounting, Actuarial science, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Law or any related fields.
Minimum 2 years post NYSC experience in a related field is compulsory
A Master’s degree from a local or foreign university will be a bonus
Possesses good understanding of financial records and relevant regulatory requirements

Job Title: Account Officer

Job Description
Posting and updating of Petty cash expenses into the various accounts as applicable in the Accounting software
Preparation of cheque payment and vouchers in respect of advances, supplies, services and other payment for both internal and external personnel after approval and authorisation.
Updating of all payments made in the Accounting software
Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation statement
Preparation and remittance Statutory Deductions (PAYE, NSITF, ITF, PENSION) schedule and payment at the appropriate time
Assist in the successful and timely preparation of Management Account on monthly basis
Assist in the successful and timely preparation of Budget
Assist in the successful and timely preparation of Final Accounts for statutory audit purpose
Any other duty as may be assigned by the Head of department

Person Specification

Job Objective
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks devices of the Organization. The IT Support Analyst may be required to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.

Job Specification
Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or numerical fields.
1-3 years’ post NYSC experience in a related field is compulsory.
Experience supporting users in the use of application software.
