JOB TITLE: Night duty porter
Carries luggage for hotel and motel guests and cruise ship passengers. Provides first-class customer service, showing guests or passengers to their rooms or cabins and answering any questions they may have about facilities. Serves as the first point of contact that guests or passengers have at hotel, motel, or cruise ship, making them feel welcome and comfortable at their choice of accommodation.
Porter Job Duties:
Takes suitcases and bags from guests or passengers checking in and, where applicable, tags it and provides customer identification slips
Carries luggage while escorting guests or passengers to their rooms
Explains features of rooms and accommodation facilities
Tends to the needs of guests or passengers for the duration of their stay
Delivers newspapers to guestrooms
Runs errands for guests or passengers, in some cases
Parks and retrieves guest vehicles, in some cases
Calls taxis for guests
Carries departing guests’ or passengers’ luggage to cars or taxis
Maintains appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards in hotel, motel, or cruise ship lobbies
Ensures guests and passengers leave safely in the event of an evacuation
Reports to head porter
Assists concierge, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff as required

JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK OFFICER
A front desk clerk is an administrative professional. He/She literally sits at the front desk of a commercial or residential building, serving as gatekeeper. He/She may announce visitors, answer the telephone and record the names of all who enter. He/She typically also has the authority to deny entry to visitors.
The Front Desk Officer works as part of the Administration and Facilities unit, monitoring and managing the flow of visitors and clients in an office. He is responsible for time-keeping and recording all human transactions for external persons who wish to take up business with the company.

JOB TITLE: KITCHEN ASSISTANT
• To be able to move about the kitchen easily and quickly.
• To possess sufficient language skills to understand the tasks at hand.
• To be able to lift/unload/move food and supplies; lift dishes to storage location
• Use kitchen equipment safely; operate electrical and mechanical equipment
• Maintain appropriate inventory of food and supplies

• Assess condition of food
• Table setting in a.m. and bringing dishes to the dinning room for lunch and dinner for campers to set.

JOB TITLE: HOTEL CLEANER
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.

Job Title: Bar Man
Preparing beverages for patrons and serving them at the bar or through the wait staff. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
