Job Description

A skilled finance assistant to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
His responsibilities include daily processing of financial transactions in the database, disbursements, banking transactions, reconcile accounts in a timejy manner and generate accurate reports.

Requirements

Proven Knowledge in accounting and basic accounting procedures
Knowiedge of financial regulations
Minimum of 3 years practical experience
A good university Degree in any of Finance, Accounting and Economics.
Competency in MS Office, MS Dynamics Nay or SAP or any other professional ERP system
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Nigeria

Job Description

We require an organised diligent storekeeper to manage our storekeeping operations.
Other duties required for the position include: Unloading, unpacking, shelve supplies, pricing, labelling, inspect deliveries and ascertain state of receipts and coordinate the handling of shipments.
The candidate will be required to maintain our technical stock by ordering, receiving, managing inventory, recording movements in the database and reporting accurately.

Requirements

Knowledge of inventory management and proper recording in the database (MS Dynamics Nay or SAP or any other professional ERP system)
Knowledge of standard inventory concepts and best practices in warehousing
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to analyse and communicate well.
Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management
A good university Degree.
