Job Title: Social Media Executive

Then we need you as a Social Media Executive to rule our social media space.

You’ll compete fiercely but fairly with our competitors, and ensure we’re doing more than ‘just fine’ out there. You’ll creatively engage visitors to our pages/channels, you’ll sell and cross sell without trying so hard to.

Your ultimate goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, generate website traffic and impact revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handle Social Media Marketing
Ensure company presence on all major social media handles – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Curate and create original and engaging content on a regular schedule.
Drive content using both ‘paid-push’ and organic routes
Grow an organic and loyal following
Drive overall strategic direction of editorial, creative and management of production for websites (corporate site and associated properties), digital video (YouTube and other video channels) and other media outlets.
Research, communicate, and meet with internal stakeholders to gain adequate product knowledge, understand business goals and objectives to get a clear understanding of how pivotal your role is to meeting those goals.
Actively monitor and manage company’s public image on social image.
Ensure requests for materials (copy, graphics, video) from other internal departments are sufficient and being handled properly for content creation.
Ensure to keep things fresh, editorially correct and factual before their display on social channels.

Qualifications

1st class or 2.1 B.Sc degree from a reputable university
0-1 year experience
Good followership on social media platforms

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for coming up with different strategies for product expansion and growth in the marketplace to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging relationships with clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Take ownership of the design of market strategy for assigned products while exhibiting excellence
Take ownership of growing Seamfix client share of assigned products
Identifying new Sales and Business Development leads
Identifying strategic partnership opportunities / strategic initiatives for scalable sales models
Agility in gaining a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements
Take ownership of conducting research on competition and get useful insights for strategy or re-strategizing where applicable
Representing the company in conferences, industry events, etc as strategic avenue for sales
Agility in building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Pitching products and/or services via presentations to current and prospective clients
Collaborate with marketing communication
Take ownership of designing and driving sales activities
Creating detailed proposal document demonstrating excellence in doing this
Attend team meetings and sharing best practices

Qualifications and Required Experience

First class or Second-class upper degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related relevant discipline
3 – 5yrs as a Business Development Executive preferably in a technology environment
Proven experience in turning business prospects into paying customers
An MBA or MSc in Business Management is an added advantage
