Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Report: Any successful Applicant Reports Directly to the Executive Director
Qualifications
- Applicants must possessed B.Sc in relevant Degrees with at least 5years experience in real estate and construction marketing
- Applicants must have knowledge and experience in real estate marketing
- Applicant must have experienced on how to prepared tender,bills and contract management
- Applicants must be proficient in the use of computer package such as Microsoft power point,Microsoft excel and corel draw.
Job Title: Project Director
Location: Lagos
Report: Any successful Applicants Report directly to the Managing Director of the Organisation
Qualifications
- Must have M.S.c in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering
- Applicants must be a rgistered coren.
- Member of Nigerian society of engineers MNSE will be an added advantage
- Applicants must be proficient in the use of general computer package especially Microsoft Project
- Ability to use special software such as Orion, Prota will also be an added advantage
- Applicants must have 15-20 Years in civil/structural engineering and also in other related civil engineering projects
- Applicants must be ready to juggle between sites and office
- Applicants must be ready to travel at anytime.
