Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location (Southern Nigeria)

I am presently hiring for the position of Warehouse Manager for a client in the Education sector.

The job holder will have oversight responsibilities for the entire warehouse operations. S/he will be responsible for the efficient management of costs associated with the warehouse as well as continuously evaluating the productivity of every team member in the warehouse to ensure that labour costs are kept within control.

The job holder will also be responsible for:
Quality of all items dispatched to user departments
Formulation of standard operation procedures
Overall custody of all warehouse assets
Providing leadership to his team
Compiling bonuses and overtime claims
Staff development in line with capabilities

Education & Experience
Bachelors’ degree
Minimum of 6 years’ in procurement management
Expert level of knowledge in Supply chain management including, but not limited to warehouse management, logistics management and procurement

Skills
Technical competence in MS Office
Proactive
Creative problem solver
