Job Profile:
- The Administration Officer is responsible for general office administrative functions as well as the coordination and management of the warehouse
The Ideal Candidate will:

- Responsible for all communication and ICT issues – managing the company’s post office mail bag and all telecommunications issues.

Job Profile:
- This position leads the finance department to control general accounting, manage cash flow, prepare budget and forecast, analyze financial statements, generate financial reports, administer company’s tax affairs and share other functional work required by the company’s management.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies
- Responsible for the financial systems of the company,

Competency Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in commercial or business development roles.
- Previous experience in oil and gas is an absolute must.
- Proven sales contacts in the oil and gas industry & track record of winning businesses
