Job Title: Marketing & Community Lead – Nigeria

Were looking for an exceptional Marketing & Community Lead to join our Nigerian countries team, based in Lagos. You will be an integral part of a growing organisation that seeks to provide world-class service to our business globally.

What youll do
Lead local marketing and community operations for Nigeria
Shape local marketing strategies that focus on localisation and leverage local insights
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns
Identify, develop, and manage the creation of content for the market – written, videos, presentations, demos
Identify marketing growth areas and experiments, to improve product adoption
Organise and run local Luno Meetups and events, including webinars
Develop and maintain relationships with local press contacts
Connect with, and develop relationships with top Luno customers
Ensure customer support and verifications for Nigeria is of a high quality and within service levels
Overall, deliver a great customer experience in the market

What youll need
A relevant university qualification from a top university
3-5 years work experience
Preferably a basic knowledge of how crypto-currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum work, and enthusiasm to promote cryptocurrencies
Experience in Marketing and/or Customer Support
The ability to think on your feet and get things done
Entrepreneurial, strong sense of responsibility and very high level of integrity
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Friendly, transparent, articulate and driven to succeed
