 Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: RiversResposibilities
The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

  • Advising & serving customers.
  • Processing payments.
  • Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
  • Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
  • Promoting store cards or special offers.
  • Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
  • Arranging window displays.
  • Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
Requirements
  • At least a Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent. A credit in English Language and Mathematics is an added advantage.
  • Must be very presentable
  • Excellent knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Outgoing personality
  • Good working knowledge of computer system and other machines relevant to the role.

Job Title: Business Manager

Resposibilities
The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Oversee the day – to – day operations of the organization.
  • Motivate the different departments and the organization at large to meet financial goals.
  • Develop and implement budget and operations policies, control costs to keep the organization on track financially.
  • Extracting trends from data and developing the most efficient plans for business operations.
  • Prepare reports for senior management
  • Negotiating contracts with clients

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Resposibilities
The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Preparing, planning and managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
  • Creating marketing campaigns and working with the marketing as well as the business development managers to see them executed.
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  • Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
  • Track marketing performance and prepare Report on ROI.

Resposibilities
The responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
  • Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  • Communicate with leads and customers via email
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
  • Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers
  • Advise on appropriate purchase options
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • Source and work customer referrals
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

Requirements
