Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Job summary
To ensure a consistent increase in sales revenue and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory
- Proven experience in telecom/ISP industry
- Field sales experience
- Ability to develop sales strategies and performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organizational and leadership ability
Qualification
- BSc/HND in any field
- Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in the ISP/Telecomms industry
Duties
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Recruitment of Dealer/Distributors
- Company-owned Shop Management-admin/branding
- Organizing BTL activities to enhance the sales
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to Line Manager
