Requirements
- B.Sc in a related course.
- MBA/M.Sc in a related course will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years experience working as a sales manager in a reputable property firm
- Knowledge of purchase process.
- 7 years experience in real estate market with verifiable achievements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Preference: female
Duties
- Create and negotiate the terms of commercial or residential sale or lease of properties.
- Supervise and train sales team.
- Maintain expense records, set budget limits, develop costsaving strategies and prepare financial statements.
- Oversee facilities management.
- Create property operations budgets.
