Job Title: UMTS Radio Network Planning/Optimization Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Be familiar with HUAWEI equipment, U2000, U-Net, planning tools.
- Be familiar with rollout optimiaztion, SSV, UMTS KPI and RF Optimization, especially Multi-Sector planning and optimization, trouble shooting.
- Be capable to lead a team to achieve rollout progress and target.
- Be capable to communicate and present with customer in English independently.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years RF network optimization experience and 3 years UMTS RF optimization experience.
Skills and Competencie:
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
- Computer Skill – Microsoft word, Excel, Power and performance tools.
