Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls to the switchboard, screen, and direct calls per Office protocol in a professional manner
  • Interact with clients, vendors and visitors and coordinate and flow of guests at the Front Desk Area
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Provide administrative support
  • Attending to Account Executive requests promptly

Location: Lagos
  • Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
  • Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services
  • Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues
  • Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
  • Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

  • Answer the telephone
  • Maintain visitors register
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them as soon as they arrive
  • Follow up on clients to ensure they have pleasant experience during their visit
  • Relay information to appropriate personnel using established communication channels and procedures.
  • Make and confirm appointments
  • On a daily basis ,have a record of all the visitors that visited, making note of any special requirements they may have
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Respond to client request and questions regarding services
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and materials(pen, forms)
