TRANSSION HOLDINGS, the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, TRANSSION has become an important part of the mobile phone industry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.
The company has set up offices in many countries and regions, such as Dubai, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon and Bengal, and even has built a factory in Ethiopia, which has provided great support for all its brands.

Job Summary
  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager. He/she will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to create and execute engaging and effective marketing strategies for our Boomplay Music platform in Nigeria.
Job Description
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Boomplay and drive traffic to the app
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for Boomplay’s Social Media that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the music industry and digital content Marketing.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
 Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or certification in Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a Marketing role.
