Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Description

The organization is seeking to expand its human resources pool and grow business operations through hiring a Senior Accountant to oversee the day-to-day finance operations and the company’s financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, conscientious individual with demonstrable experience in both finance and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Accountant provides financial leadership and is instrumental in forming accounting strategies and will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting, such as its monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. They manage all of the company’s transactions, from accounts payable to receivable payroll, and from control accounts to general operational finance.


Responsibilities will include the following:

Strategic
Provide leadership and direction for the day to day running of the company.
Develop and oversee the achievement of the company’s balance scorecard; draw up
plans for driving the company towards achieving set targets.
Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures;
implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
Identifying and mitigating risks – presenting these threats and solutions to the board
quarterly.
Oversee creation and regular update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business operating processes.

Financial Functions
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Establish and execute internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures.
In-depth financial analysis and providing expert financial perspective and opinions.
Asses risk, analyze efficiency and inform policy decisions made by executive management
Qualifications

Job Description

Plan, organize and maintain the CEO’s appointment schedule for meetings, conferences and travel
Organize external and internal meetings and get-together functions
Take minutes of meeting and dictate notes
Administer expense claims
Ensure adequate inventory and raise purchase of office supplies and equipments
Handle daily correspondence and document

Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (Fashion Store)

Job Description
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate must actively strive to create a customer-focused shopping environment. The Associate welcomes customers with a friendly greeting and eye contact, ensures proper merchandise presentation, operates the cash register in accordance with policies and procedures, maintains a clean work area at all times and treats fellow associates with courtesy and respect. The Associate also provides customer service according to all customer service guidelines. The Associate may be required to work in various store functions including but not limited to Cash Office, Front End, Fitting Room, Stock Room, Customer Service, Markdowns, Recovery/Sizing, Cashiering, Merchandising, etc. The Retail Associate is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours, and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the store as business needs require. The Associate may be requested to perform additional tasks in specific situations, if performance of these tasks will help achieve our customer service and operational goals.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Demonstrates TRUE courtesy, respect, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.

Understands and can implement all emergency procedures for power failure, fire, robbery etc.

Qualifications
