- The role of the Senior RE is to deliver quality studies, coach and mentor younger REs, participate as a member of Subsurface teams to support field development planning through thorough understanding of relevant Reservoir engineering data & using same to build numerical reservoir simulation models of an Asset, recommend and champion pilots implementation leading to the enhancement of the Company’s oil and gas recovery and profits accordingly.

- S/he is responsible for carrying out detailed reservoir seismic characterization, interpretation, calculations, predictions and modelling studies; and recommends and drives opportunities to improve geophysical data quality. - Establish an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme that incorporates asset performance reliability to maximize production uptime and minimize downtime.
- Define, implement maintenance strategy and provide guidance on maintenance standards and procedures to accomplish effective maintenance methods and improve production efficiency.
