 Job Title: Blender/Syrub Mixer
Location: Lagos
Job Description

  • Pulp content determination.
  • Juice preparation.
  • Pulp distribution.
  • Pulp macerations determination.
  • Mixer operator and Intermix.
  • Cleaning in process {C.I.P}
  • Maintenance of safety standard
  • To always ensure the proper measurement of the correct quantities of compound mixture of samples required.
  • To make sure that CIP is done in accordance with the operating standard for the needed equipment, i.e. Pasteurizer, Filler etc.
  • To ensure 5S is maintained at all times within the Process Area and surroundings.
  • To make sure that that proper sterilization is done before sending the product to the line.
  • To make sure that all leakages connected to the Pasteurizer are eliminated promptly.
  • To ensure that the operating conditions and parameters are maintained during Pasteurization.
  • To always ensure that CIP is carried out before commencing the production
  • To ensure that LOTO is done during any maintenance work carried out in the Blending room.
  • To ensure that daily production target are met via hourly monitoring of production.
  • To ensure that the right quality of final products is maintained at all times.
Qualifications/Experience
  • OND/HND in Food Tech, Biochemistry or its equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years experience will be an advantage.
Job Title: Electrical and Automation Engineer
Location
: Lagos
Job Description
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspection of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Check all machines and systems to ensure functionality
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Ensure machine parameters are well set for quality production.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary
  • Monitor and control the maintenance budget
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to
  • Any other duties as assigned by the plant operations manager.
  • Responsible for planning activities aimed at supporting and helping the maintenance of the automated systems and connected instruments
  • Take part in building up of a system for standardization of the equipment and to control its fulfillment
  • Participate in analyzing of data on failures that arise and to propose measures for preventing them occurring in the future
  • Designate and maintain the program back up of the automation systems in the assigned factory
  • Take part in accepting and commissioning of new automated systems
  • Designate and conduct activities for preventing breakdowns in the automated systems
  • Prepare work instructions concerning the exploitation of the automated systems and the working instructions for the staff in general
  • Translate process ideas and requirements into an automation concept with special attention to the analyses of the requested project and the definition and set-up of a programming structure
  • Define and support standardization of process software and hardware
  • Participate in or lead safety analyses
Qualifications/Experience
  • HND/B.Sc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years experience on Automation and Electrical in a Manufacturing Industry (bottling, cement, food industry).
  • Automation experience should cover continuous process control as well as FMCG machines
  • Ability to read, understand and to produce Electrical drawings
  • Sound knowledge of S5 & S7 Siemens PLC
  • PLC programming, data acquisition, Calibration and Human Machine Interface for all electronics equipments like EBI, Cobrix , FBI, Date Coding Machine
  • Ability to write and maintain program backups
  • Knowledge of Electrical Drawings & Power Distribution
  • Ability to develop a maintenance program for all instrumentation and electronics equipment and components
  • Exposure to SIDEL PET machines and Beverage Industry
  • Ability to understand and analyse unstructured and not documented PLC software programmes, and the ability to structure and/or comment this software.
  • Ability to prepare a software specification based on operational formulated requirements, and the ability to translate.
