Job Summary
- Daycare/Nursery Manager who is a team player and loves to work with children.
ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include but not limited to the following;
- Help to develop teaching/learning goals for the center and its Teachers
- Make an input to and ensure that teachers deliver the curriculum
- Create a positive learning environment including resources based on child-directed learning
- Build and maintain good and open communication with Children, Families and Staff

Job Description
- We are looking to employ childcare Assistants with knowledge of Early Childhood development and a great deal of patience.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Taking care of, supervising children and ensuring their safety
- Assisting children with hygiene, preparing their meals and serving/feeding them
- Changing diapers
- Encouraging physical activities indoors and outdoors
- Maintaining records of child progress and reporting to parents
Qualifications
- A minimum of SSCE/OND certificate
- Certificate in childcare training and at least 3 years experience working in childcare setting.
