Job Title: HSE Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Carry out the day to day administrative operations of HSE department and contribute to the application of effective Health, Safety and Environmental management.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH certified
- 5 years experience minimum experience in the same field
- The HSE officer is more focused on the office related functions than on site.
Responsibilities
- Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
- Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
- Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
- Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training.
- Write, implement, and manage HSE Programs, Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE
