Job Title: Experienced Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Source for Property Developers to sell company’s product to.
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
  • Targeted business development
  • Identifying new sales opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Identify and capture potential new customers to develop new business opportunities.
  • Work on existing developers to ensure retention.
  • Ensure Key clients retention through effective customer relationship management
  • Maximizing sales in designated region areas

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
  • Able to handle difficult conversations effectively.
  • Knowledge of MS office.
  • High negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Database management and record keeping;
  • Speaking: Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years Professional Sales Experience.
