Global Partner Manager

Requirements
  • Work experience of more than seven years.
  • International work experience
  • Capability to work in complex situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related field
  • CFT (cross-functional team) work experience, in particularly experience in R&D, marketing, management, and sales.
  • Command of English as a working language.
  • Extensive business knowledge and strategic thinking
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage cooperation activities carried out with partners;
  • Organize and lead a virtual cooperative team and the Global Partner Management Team;
  • Organize efforts to make annual plans for global partner business.
  • Develop or manage Global Partner relationships
  • Identify new Global Partner and business opportunities, formulate contracts and drive the execution, as well as attain channel sales goals and performance targets
  • Make proposals for alliance strategies and influence the decisions of BUs or partners.
