Job Title: HR & Office Manager (Offline/Outbound Agents)
IROKO is on the lookout for a junior HR and Office Manager for our Offline and Outbound agents, with outstanding organizational skills and second to none attention to detail. They will support the offline and outbound team in all day to day HR tasks including payroll, pensions, benefits ownership and will work closely with the Global HR team on a range of global projects and reports.
This role will work closely with the Finance team and report directly into the CEO and CFO.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post job advertisements, organize resumes and job applications.
Complete ownership of all Offline/Outboard recruitment.
Ensure all background checks and reference checks are completed.
Provide accurate payroll information to the finance department to ensure payroll is ran accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide necessary invoices and payments as needed.
Work closely with the global HR team in London and New York on all Global HR issues.
Prepare and update all offline employee files as needed.
Track the day to day operations of all offline/outbound employees.
Manage/track employee performance, attendance, holidays.
Manage employee performance issues in conjunction with line managers.
Assist and/or manage employee sales/cash receipts reconciliation process.
Self-motivated and ambitious.
At least 2+ years’ of generalist HR experience.
B.Sc. degree desirable but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and spoken.
Proactive, commercial and customer focused.
Second to none attention to detail in every aspect of their role.
Focused on building strong and effective working relationships.
