Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Reporting to: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Arrange for meetings and presentations
- Achieve allocated sales revenue targets
- Conduct regular market intelligence activities
- Contribute to the development of healthcare plans
- Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing and sales plan.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc with a minimum of 2nd class upper division or HND (Upper credit) in Marketing, Nursing, Microbiology, Insurance or any other relevant field
- HMO Experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage
- Excellent selling and customer relationship skills
- Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)
Job Title: Head, Underwriting
Location: Lagos
Reporting to: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse information in insurance applications
- Determine the risk of insuring a client
- Screen applicants on the basis of set criteria
- Evaluate recommendations from underwriting software
- Contact field representatives, medical personnel and other to obtain further information
- Decide whether to offer insurance
- Determine appropriate premiums and amount of coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance or related field
- Post Graduate Qualification in Actuarial Sciences, insurance, health Management, health financing or related fields
- Certificate in or professional membership of insurance, actuary sciences or related bodies
- ICT in Ms Excel, Ms word and field specific software
- Minimum of 10 years experience post NYSC
- Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant and related field
- Attendance of related Courses/workshops/seminars etc.
