Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Locations
: (Lekki Phase 1, and Victoria Island) Lagos

Job Description

  • Attending to customers and clients
  • Positively deal with enquiries about company and company products
  • Ensuring all sales associates perform their duties and are monitored closely
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure maximum market penetration
  • Effectively serve walk in buyers and convert them to return customers through cordial, efficient and effective customer relations
  • Positively represent the interest of the company both within and outside your working hours
  • Promoting sales and customer relations
  • Keeping up on information about brands sold and competitors
  • Merchandising
  • Preparing of weekly reports and rapid after sales service
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidates will have a minimum of second class lower division from a four-year higher institution with a minimum of 1 year working experience.
  • Ability to communicate in all levels with an excellent capacity of persuasion and negotiation
  • Basic knowledge and use of computer and Microsoft applications
  • Must reside in Lekki, Ajah or Lagos Island axis
  • Good customer service skill
  • Flexibility to work effectively in the supervisor and negotiator role.
  • Proven leadership ability and sale staff management experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Market/environment
  • Experience in sales (Retail) would be highly desirable

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Location:
 Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • Develop the business portfolio based on the company’s strategic objective
  • Develop the company’s product mix based on customer survey reports
  • Develop the business plan and deliver the sales strategy
  • Develop the portfolio of prospects into clients, selling the full service, products and solutions mix of the company Meet and exceed all revenue targets set quarterly and annually
  • Develop the business opportunities
  • Set up meetings, and presentations
  • Generate leads through market and client research
  • Ensure our client, customers database and all information management is accurate, tidy and regularly updated
  • Manage the CRM tool and ensure regular reporting on the sales funnel
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics within specific markets
  • Oversee the development of marketing literature.

Requirements
