Job Title: Production Manager

Our Client

Our client, a renowned firm within the FMCG industry wishes to engage the services of a Production Manager who will  ensure smooth running of production in line with current international practice and adhere to high Quality Standard.

Job Description

  •  Ensuring adherence to Food and Beverage Legislation, Company Standards, ISO certification, Good Manufacturing Practices and other internal and external regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring all production personnel meet the requirements of Good Housekeeping and Good Manufacturing practices.
  • Actively participating and ensuring the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimization projects in Production.
  •  Effectively applying business performance review management routine.
  •  Preparing, presenting and circulating daily production plan and ensures adherence.
  •  Analysing cost center variance and investigate ways to improve cost performance.
  • Ensuring production of products with high quality, while providing optimal usage of labour and materials with maximized utilization of production lines.
  • Building production teams’ capabilities through implementation of training and development programs.
  • Developing   unit capabilities to achieve maximum utilization of technology and equipment.
  • Ensuring all Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures are in place in Production and are duly adhered to.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

    • Food Science/Technology graduate or other related courses with 10 years of work experience in FMCG Organization preferably Juices and Drink Production.
    • Experience in working with systems Packages, Preferably Navision.
    • Work experience on Tetra Pak and Combi-Bloc machines amongst other Production Technology.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Title: National Warehousing Manager

Our Client

Our client, a renowned firm within the FMCG industry wishes to engage the services of a National Warehousing Manager who will  ensure best in class warehouse management practices, ensure high servicing level of RMPM to production and minimal inventory loss on account of warehouse storage and handling.

Job Description

  • To effectively manage storage of All RM PM supplies; both dry and cold room including but not limited to sugar, milk, concentrates, laminates, shrink films, consumables, etc
  • To ensure timely delivery of RMPM supply to production lines based on the weekly manufacturing plan and monthly S&OP projection.
  • Warehouse management of technical stores in line with SOP along with setting up and maintenance of reorder levels.
  • To draw up and implement the RMPM warehouse management strategy .
  •  Projection of space requirement both short term and long term.
  •  Implementation of Best-in-Class warehousing standards & practices for each product class
  •  Implementation of storage types to ensure effective balance between maximum space utilization, storage cost andFMFO/FEFO compliance
  • To select and implement warehouse management systems for allRMPM product group including technical store item
  • To ensure zero damage and obsolescence of RMPM stock by ensuring FMFO/FEFO, proper handling and timely communication to concerned stakeholders
  • Monitoring and working with engineering team to maximize uptime and minimize maintenance of supply chain assets
  • To implement effective controls and processes in warehouse inventory management
  • To implement flexibility and agility in inventory storage, production line servicing to deal with exceptional situations – natural disaster, external disruption, theft and pilferage, stock contamination, fluctuating inventory in RMPM inflow and outflow.

Requirements

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Engineering graduate with 12 year of work experience / Engineer & MBA with up to 8 year of work experience in an MNC
  • Work Experience in RMPM Warehousing would be preferred
  • Experience in working and implementation of WMS -ERP systems necessary
  • Experience and working in mechanized and sophisticated material handling preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
