Job Summary

  • The Technical Sales Manager leads strategic competitive sales and marketing placement and development of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and consumer chemicals.
  • This role is also responsible for developing concepts of business development that would ensure the capture of new customers and business opportunities.

Education

  • First Degree in Chemistry or related Sciences.

Work Experience:

  • 5 Years of relevant working experience.

Job Functions

  • Provides and analyses market information as well as suggest new product ideas that would add value and an impact the business strategy of the organization;
  • Conducts periodic trials with customers and suggest the respective application rates and methods to the clients to come to the maximum cost benefit of product.
  • Leads strategic competitive sales and marketing placement and development of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and consumer chemicals;
  • Develops concepts of business development that would ensure the capture of new customers and business opportunities;
  • Coordinates marketing and sales activities of team members;
  • Budgets and forecasts sales on periodic basis;
  • Ensures effective and appropriate price negotiation with customers;
  • Monitors warehouse on time delivery on ordering material;
  • Ensures regular visits to clients and develop new clients every month to increase turn over an ROI;
  • Adheres strictly to statutory and regular requirements
