Job Title: Assistant School Supervisor

Job Description

• Will be part of a strong team and assist in running of the school, working in collaboration with the senior management team
• Monitoring, assessing and implementing new procedures to raise standards and increase the overall performance of the pupils
• To develop and mentor the staffing team and recognise training requirements to maintain high performance ratings.

Requirements

• Performance management and strategic planning
• Specific leadership skills within specialist education
• Minimum of 2 years Teaching experience
• Previous experience of motivating and managing challenging students
• Strong communication and self management skills
• Teaching qualifications.
