Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Create and develop innovative ways to communicate company messages to new and existing customers.
- Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available to enquirers.
- Promote company products in the digital space using creative means
- Manage company online promotional campaigns
- Analyze market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
- Demonstrate product superiority as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
- Analyze and create a plan for penetrating and engaging the target market
- Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement
- Demonstrate good time management skills and meet sales deadlines
- Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Requirements of the Role
- Minimum of 2 years experience as online and/or offline marketing executive.
- Good written and oral Communication skills
- Suitable candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
- Proficiency in MS office suites
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets in order to ensure adequate documentation.
- Maintain and update company accounting databases for consistency sake, report purpose and auditing purpose
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents for reports, reconciliation and record purpose.
- Keep accurate records of all daily transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts on regular basis and conduct regular ledger maintenance
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain company accounting database and update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and provide insights to ease business decision making process
- Reconcile bank statements and also track bank deposits and payments
- Actively participate in financial auditing for the fiscal year
- Manage budget preparations
- Review and implement financial policies
- Take up tasks relating to payroll administration.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status in a clear and concise manner.
- Supervise cashflow management, and manage financial operations including creating and implementing effective cash management system.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 4 years experience as an accountant, preferably in the mobile industry
- Candidate must show proven records of accountability and moral uprightness
- Candidate must be smart and have good people and time management skills
- Proficiency in the use of some Accounting Packages like Quickbooks, Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, PeachTree Accounting etc.
