We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Support Manager
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Must have a Degree/HND
- Must have a networking qualification (e.g. CISCO)B.Sc/HND in a logistics, transport related field.
Experience:
- Must have at least 7 years of networking experience with at least the last 2 years in a senior supervisory level role in an IT company
- Must have have indept knowledge of general applications support and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience of telecom software such as elastix would be a bonus
- Must be able to manage and menthor junior support analysts
Skills:
- Able to deliver without any excuses
- Must have people management skills
- Must be able to motivate and supervise efficiently
- Must be able to communicate fluently both orally and written english
Responsibilities
- Providing both hardware, applications and networking support
- Supporting users with office applications, network configuration, website updates and all support relatd tasks
- Producing reports and documenation related to support activities.
