Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location:
 Ogun

Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • IT project support as duly assigned
  • IT Administration support
  • Ensure the correct running and maintenance of the IT systems
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests either face -to face or over the phone.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing, solving hardware and software faults.
  • Datacenter monitoring and Network Team support

Requirements

  • Educational Requirement: B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related course
  • Experience in years: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Age: 25 Years to 35 years
  • Gender: Male Preferably.

Skills Required:

  • Proven IT Experience in a similar role specially in the use of Ms Word, Excel and powerpoint in (Advanced Level)
  • Networking knowledge preferably familiar with Cisco product, Ubiquiti and Mikrotik
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A good memory of how soft ware and hardware systems work and keen attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills, ability to prioritize workload and ability to work well in a team.

 

Job Title: IT Admin Officer
Location:
 Ogun

Job Description

  • IT item allocation and request coordination
  • 1st Layer users & systems support
  • IT supplies, asset inventory coordination and general user management support
  • Creating proposal, fostering IT procurement process, standard documentation and audit compliance
  • Monitor helpdesk ticket by assigning new tucket to SSO and follow up to user to confirm issue resolution
  • Project support in alignment with project PIC, communicate with vendor and monitor project progress
  • User management and IT course/training coordination
  • IT transactions coordination & administration with reporting
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Skills and Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related course:
    • Proven IT Experience in a similar role specially in the use of Ms Word, Excel and powerpoint to support end users and ability to produce high quality documentation.
    • Knowledge of how soft ware and hardware systems work
    • Problem solving skills, ability to priortize workload and ability to work well in a team.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Age: 25- 35 Years
  • Gender: Female preferably to balance the Department.
  • Experience: 1-2 Years in a similar role.
