Job Title: Front End Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full-time
Reports to: VP, Engineering
What is the role?
- As a Front-end Developer you will be working as part of a team building and/or optimizing intuitive user experience across all our health insurance platforms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Javascript (ES6)
- Knowledge of Component based Design/Development
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessing (Sass preferably)
- Knowledge of Consuming Rest APIs
- Knowledge of JS Build Systems (Gulp, Webpack)
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of a JS framework – React (preferred), Vue or Angular
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years coding experience.

Job Title: Back End Engineer

What is the role?
- As a Back-end developer you will work with a team building and/or optimizing our innovative healthcare management systems.
- You will work with the development team to create user-oriented and high performance applications.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Laravel (This is the framework we use)
- Proficiency in PHP as well (Some in-house apps are built from ground up; without any framework)
- Proficiency in SQL (Writing raw queries, using joins, optimisations techniques, etc)
- Working experience with RESTFUL web services (Building and consuming)
- Adherence to best practices (Writing usable and maintainable code, writing tests, code versioning).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years coding experience.
