The British International School – A leading Nigerian International Secondary school, situated on a large purpose-built campus in the heart of one of Africa’s liveliest cities, offers a broad and balanced education to students aged between eleven and eighteen. The school is coeducational and accepts both day students and boarders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ICT Teacher

Location: Lagos

Qualification and Experience

  • The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and positive teacher, who is able to work as part of a team and motivate others.
  • He/She is expected to teach ICT to Cambridge (CIE/Edexel) LEVEL, IGCSE and AS/A level and therefore previous experience of minimum of 5 years in the British curriculum is essential.
  • Experience in an Association of International Schools Principals in Nigeria (AISEN) School is preferred.
  • He/She must be registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria(TRCN).

Job Title: Librarian

Location: Lagos

Qualification and Experience

  • The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Library Studies and should have a minimum of 5 years working experience in reputable school libraries.
  • He/She must be computer literate, familiar with library management software and must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English.
