Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Intern to assist with digital marketing strategy, especially producing, posting and promoting our marketing content.
  • This internship will give you the opportunity to build your skills in the operational aspects of communications, as well as broaden your experience on the strategic side.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive candidate with interest and passion for SEO, Google Ads Fundamentals, Search Advertising,Social Media, Content Marketing and Web UX.

Responsibilities
Support all elements of our Digital Marketing Strategy in the following areas:

  • PPC campaigns
  • Google Adwords
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Remarketing (multiple platforms)
  • Ads & Landing Page Optimization
  • Google Analytics
  • CRM
  • Ultracart

Requirements, Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or a current student in their final year in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Journalism, PR, Communications, and/or Marketing.
  • Background in internet marketing, SEO, SEM or searching advertising
  • Excellent with excel
  • Numbers-driven
  • High level of proficiency with: CRM (Zoho), CMS (WordPress, Drupal), Analytics tools, Photoshop /Canvas/Indesign( added bonus)
  • Availability to start immediately.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Extremely Strong Writing and Editing Skills (Journalism or English Major a plus).

Job Title: Customer service Interns

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This is a 6-month paid learning experience with the team of passionate, fun and energetic people who save the day for 150 million customers one call at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, on-line chat and one-one communication etc.
  • Must effectively manage different communication channels:resolve customer complaints via all available phone, email.
  • Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
  • Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum B.Sc /HND required in any field. 3 years relevant experience

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
