Job Title: Retail Store Manager
- The Store Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the store not limited to management of the store employees, scheduling and assigning of responsibilities, ensure team embrace the company culture and goals as well as adherence to all operational standards and processes.
- A minimum of HND/B.Sc in any field
- At least 3 years work experience as a store manager
- Good leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deploy business strategy at store level to increase customer pool, expand store traffic and meet set targets
- Meet sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales/service team
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer relationship management
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store ambience and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
