• We are seeking for qualified applicants for our client, a Major Player in Real Estate Sector. As a Customer Business Executive, you will contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products sales and services.

Requirements

• High-level communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
• Work experience in sales or related field is an added advantage
• Strong leadership ability as demonstrated through previous positions of leading and managing teams
• Applicants must have experience in real estate sector

Responsibilities

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Develop relationship with prospective clients
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and clients needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
