Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- Candidate residing around Yaba, Ebute Metta, Surulere, Makoko Iwaya, Bariga has an advantage
- Very Conversant with Lagos Route
- 3 years experience in Dispatch services.
- An experienced Dispatch Rider with safety consciousness , experienced in repairing minor faults on bikes and servicing.
- Great inter personal relationship skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels and items to clients
- Remit and give report of all cash transactions
- Ensure accurate documentation of all shipments received and delivered
- Maintaining a positive brand image
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Follow regulations and safety standards
Qualification
- Candidate should possess OND / HND qualifications
Salary
