  • B.Sc./B.A/HND in any field.

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Description

Managing customers communications is the chief responsibility of a Customer Support Representative . These professionals interact directly with potential, new and existing clients. They work to provide quality customer service, while increasing the company’s revenues through increased sales. Customer Support Representative usually performs many of the following tasks:

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

Job Title: Travel Advisor

Location: Oyo

Job Description
Travel Advisor meet with clients to discuss and learn about their travel requirements. They are responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities. In addition, they help them plan trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares and following task:

  • Research, explore and study different travel destination options
  • Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
  • Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
  • Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable
  • Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government
  • Ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents
  • Provide guidance and assistant for all classes of Visas, require documentation and travel arrangement
  • Complete online visa application and make documents arrangement for visa application submission
  • Prepare and familiar client with possible visa application interview requirement.
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients’ needs
  • Plan and organize travels
  • Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation
  • Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Understanding and meeting customers’ needs
  • Using your geographical knowledge to help customers find a suitable package holiday or plan independent travel
  • Making bookings and payments using online computer systems
  • Advising customers about passports, insurance, visas, vaccinations, tours and vehicle hire
