Job Title: Database Administrator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As a database administrator, you’ll be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of a database. However, depending on the organisation and your level of responsibility, the role can vary from inputting information through to total management of data.
  • Training colleagues in how to input and extract data
  • Audit Database Access and Requests
  • Backup and Restore Data
  • Communicate Requirements to System Administrator
  • Develop and Secure Network Structures
  • Ensure Data is Secure
  • Ensure Platform Availability
  • Assisting in database design
  • Updating and amending existing databases
  • Setting up and testing new database and data handling systems
  • Monitoring database efficiency
  • Sustaining the security and integrity of data
  • Creating complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted
  • Identify User Needs to Create and Administer Databases
  • Implement Backup and Recovery Plan
  • Install Database Software
  • Install Updates
  • Maintain Database
  • Merge Databases

Requirements

  • Qualified Applicants must reside within Lekki-Awoyaya axis.
  • Applicant must also have 2 to 3 years’ experience in Database Management.

 

Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As the Training Coordinator, you will provide a general direction and promotion of the company’s training academy, market its training programs and ensure effective coordination with students, customers, lecturers and other facilitators.
  • Provide direction for the training academy and coordinate general administrative duties with regards to Training.
  • Answer Academy related questions relating to; admission requirement, academic programs, housing, scholarships, etc.
  • Provides assistance in the development of, and modifications to policies and procedures that will best serve the academic community.
  • Market Academy Training Programs to increase the number of bookings on courses.
  • Facilitate lectures.
  • Support in the strive for excellence in academic administration through the research and possible implementation of “best practice” principles.
  • Liaise with course participants to acknowledge booking and provide details about courses according to customer service standards and Academy processes.
  • Design and develop training courses and curriculum, lecture slides, training notes, and calendar for various courses in the academy.
  • Foster collaborative work practices and promote a workplace environment focused on staff empowerment, efficient work practices and encouragement of initiative and innovation.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Qualified Applicants must reside within Lekki-Awoyaya axis.
  • Applicant must also have 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar position.

Core Skills:

  • Demonstrable e-learning skills.
  • Must be familiar with module and other similar e-learning portal.
