Job Title: Bakery Sales Girl
Location: Lagos
Summary
- The Bakery Sales Girl will be primarily responsible for establishing direct interaction with retail customers such as Store Managers, receiving personnel and other associates, developing strong relationships with them and proactively resolving problems and increase sales.
Education and Qualification
- Minimum of SSCE in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in selling and distributing bread.
Skills:
- Good business acumen.
- Excellent relationship building and people management skills.
- Applicants must be resident within Ajah axis.
Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate product levels in the bread aisle and display locations. throughout the account, promoting growth.
- Responsible for route operational activity such as ordering and distribution, promotional activity and meeting customer expectations.
- Delivering and selling to established accounts.
- Taking product from company vehicle into stores, restaurants, etc.
- Ensure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with any contract terms and requirements.
- Preplanning specific orders for each customer.
- Analyse account sales data to achieve optimal distribution of product to achieve sales goals and maximize freshness and related expenses.
- Solicit new business within the route territory.
- Meet or exceed budgeted objectives.
