We are in search of qualified and multi-talented professionals to fill up the position below:

Job Title: Project Hook Up Fleet-Marine Coordinator

Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt-Rivers
Business area: Operations/Project Management

Job Description

  • The function will be key in the planning- and coordination of all marine operations in the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the hook up, brownfield and pee- commissioning fleet activities before and during operations in Nigeria
  • During the preparation stage, responsible for the interface with hook up engineering team and installation engineering team to make sure that the right type of marine spread is selected for the project and the task.
  • Keep update the market availability of suitable vessels for hook up and brownfield jobs: jack up, floating barges, DP vessels, moored vessels and crew boats.
  • Liaise with MVS from the Company and to guarantee a prompt spread selection, approval and operational efficiency for the selected fleet
  • Tracking the approval and deployment process for marine spread from bid through approval and operation until demob.
  • Preparing and leading marine campaign meetings, making sure that the outcome is well transferred to Owners and other stakeholders
  • Prepare the marine spread RFQ and follow up the selection.

Qualification/Experience/Skills

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years proven experience in marine coordination in major oil & gas field developments
  • Good knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and standards
  • Good knowledge of risk processes md.
  • mRA)HAzop,L&zIT)
  • Experience working with EPCI Contractors for major IOC’s
  • Knowledge in Project Management and Contract Management is required.

 

Job Title: Project Vendor List and Sourcing Coordinator/Manager

Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt-Rivers
Business area: Operations/Project Management

Job Description

  • The function will be key in the planning- and coordination of all activities relevant to project vendor list and sourcing.

Key Responsibilties

  • Coordinate the revision of Subcontracts by project office and forward related comments to Project Purchasing and Contract Management Department
  • Assist in handling and settlement of Vendor and Company claims and work closely with all department managers to optimize the final decision
  • Responsible to interface project procurement managers of the Company and of the Client to define the process of preparation, issuance and validation for project vendors requisitio% enquirses, purchase orders, expediting, procurement, document control, logistic monitoring, new vendors evaluating and approval, transport, customs clearance, products certificates validation, project supply and procurement planning, cost control, storage and preservation, payment certificates and invoicing. Responsible foe certificates validation.
  • During the preparation stage, responsible for the interface with sourcing team of the client to ensure that the right material and services are delivered and in line with Project requirement
  • Keep update the market availability of suitable vendors on the Nigerian and Global supply chain ecosystem. Tracking the approval and deployment process with the Project Manager, Project Procurement and Client until delivery of goods and/or services.
  • interface andAssist for invoices verification and payments to Vendors and from Client for the specific task.

Qualification/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Contract Management/Economics
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in relevant position, preferably in Oil & Gas in Nigeria.
  • Preferred Imowledge of Italian language to interface with supply chain in Italy
  • Advanced knowledge of Office SW packages and ERP (Oracle, SAP, SAGE etc.)
  • Preferred experience in negotiation of International contracts for supply of services and goods.
  • Knowledge in Project Management and Subcontract Management is required.
